India, July 30 -- The Lime app plays a crucial role in providing access to the services offered by the company through its e-bikes and e-scooters. If the app doesn't work, then even the availability of the e-scooter becomes inconsequential. Till date, there has been no reported problem on Lime's end.

According to Downdetector, the user complaints for the moment have registered no issues on the part of Lime. Looking at their last problem analysis breakdown, 50% of the complaints have been regarding breakdowns and 50% of them have been about the app.
