India, Nov. 2 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has terminated two government employees in Jammu and Kashmir under Article 311 of the Constitution for alleged involvement in terror-related activities. The move underscores the administration's continued crackdown on terror elements operating within state institutions and reaffirms its zero-tolerance policy toward terrorism.
The dismissed employees include Ghulam Hussain, a teacher in the Education Department, and Majid Iqbal Dar, a teacher and former lab assistant. Officials said both individuals were engaged in activities threatening national security and public order.
