India, Sept. 13 -- In the Kashmir Valley, where sport has increasingly emerged as a powerful tool for youth engagement, the Indian Army's community outreach initiatives are creating new opportunities for young people to pursue their ambitions away from the influence of violence and anti-national activities. One such initiative is gaining considerable attention in north Kashmir, where the Army's 46 Rashtriya Rifles, based in Baramulla, is providing a platform for aspiring cricketers through the Chinar Premier Men's and Women's Cricket League.
