Srinagar, Sept. 11 -- In a significant move against anti-national elements, the Baramulla Police, under the directives of the Hon'ble Special Court designated under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), executed the attachment of properties belonging to two proclaimed offenders involved in unlawful activities.

The action pertains to case FIR No. 03/2008 of Police Station Pattan, registered under Sections 2/3 of the Enemy Agents Ordinance (EIMCO) Act, Section 121 of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC), and Section 19 of the UAPA. The court order, numbered 122/ASJ/BLA/UAPA and dated 02/09/2025, authorized the attachment proceedings.
