India, June 18 -- Fans may be in for excitement as the makers of Daayra have finally confirmed the film's release date. The investigative crime thriller, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran, will release in theatres on September 18 this year. Announcing the news, the actress shared a post on Instagram that included raw and unseen BTS from the making of the much-awaited flick.

The clip shows both Kareena and Prithiviraj's seamless transition into investigating officers as they solve a case.
