India, Aug. 9 -- Authorities have stepped up security and traffic arrangements across Gurugram and key routes in western Uttar Pradesh as the number of Kanwariyas returning from Haridwar, Gomukh and Brajghat continues to increase during Sawan. Special traffic restrictions and diversions have been introduced to ensure the safe movement of pilgrims and minimise congestion on major roads.
