India, Aug. 15 -- Miami Hurricanes running back Jordan Lyle is facing legal trouble after being charged in Florida with a felony count of fleeing or eluding police and a misdemeanor reckless-driving charge. The 20-year-old rising junior was the subject of an arrest warrant issued in Broward County.

Lyle voluntarily surrendered to police on Thursday, a day after the warrant was issued, according to a state attorney's office official. Court records show that he was released later that day after posting bond, adding an early setback to a season in which Lyle was expected to take on a bigger role for Miami.
