India, Sept. 2 -- The Delhi Traffic Police has announced traffic restrictions ahead of the Sri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations at the ISKCON Temple in East of Kailash. The main celebrations are scheduled for Friday, September 4, and a heavy influx of devotees is expected. Commuters travelling through south Delhi have been advised to plan their journeys in advance and avoid roads surrounding the temple during busy hours.
