India, Oct. 29 -- YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul will return to the boxing ring on December 24, 2026, headlining a Christmas Eve card in Dubai, more than a year after suffering a knockout defeat to former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua. The 29-year-old American announced his comeback on Thursday, with his opponent yet to be confirmed.

Paul's return will mark his first professional bout since his sixth-round knockout loss to Joshua in Miami on December 19, 2025. The defeat left Paul with a broken jaw in two places, requiring surgeries in December and February. Despite the setback, the American has now confirmed plans to resume his boxing career in the United Arab Emirates.
