India, Oct. 31 -- Red Bull driver Isack Hadjar has received a formal warning from the FIA after an altercation with a fan in the Formula 1 paddock ahead of Friday's opening practice session at the Mexico City Grand Prix. The Frenchman was summoned by the race stewards over an alleged breach of conduct after footage of the incident emerged from the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

The incident took place as Hadjar made his way towards the Red Bull garage before FP1. A paddock guest reportedly approached the driver and tried to put an arm around him while attempting to take a selfie, prompting Hadjar to push him away. The stewards subsequently reviewed the incident and issued the Red Bull star a formal warning.
