India, July 11 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued several 'red' and 'orange' alerts for July 11, predicting heavy to very heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds across several parts of India as the southwest monsoon remains active. The key states to witness unsettled weather conditions include Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and parts of Northeast India are likely to witness widespread rainfall.
