India, Sept. 17 -- India Weather Today, September 17: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast another spell of rain and thunderstorms across several parts of the country on Thursday, September 17, with heavy rainfall warnings in some regions. Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, parts of eastern and northeastern India, Tamil Nadu and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands are among the areas under weather alerts.
