India, Aug. 9 -- Sarfaraz Khan has earned a recall to India's Test squad after Sai Sudharsan was ruled out of the upcoming two-match series against Sri Lanka with a right toe stress reaction. Sarfaraz was last part of India's Test setup during the 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy but had been out of the selectors' plans since then. With Sudharsan unavailable, the 28-year-old now gets another chance to stake his claim at the international level.
