India, July 16 -- With Rohit Sharma failing to make an impression in the first two ODIs against England, the third one at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground could well be the veteran cricketer's last international appearance. The 39-year-old has already retired from Tests and T20Is and likely aimed to play the 2027 World Cup in South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe but will reportedly not hold a spot in the Indian team.
