India, June 17 -- The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued a major injury update on all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy ahead of the second ODI against Afghanistan on June 17, Wednesday at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. The seam-bowling all-rounder has missed out, opening the door for another debutant in Prince Yadav, who impressed with his pace and unrelenting accuracy for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in IPL 2026.
