India, Sept. 16 -- The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has once again extended the last date for fresh admissions for the July 2026 session. Eligible candidates can now submit their applications up to September 30, 2026, through the university's Samarth admission portal.

The latest extension applies to specified programmes offered through IGNOU's Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online modes. Candidates should check whether their preferred programme is covered before submitting the application.
