India, Sept. 6 -- Popularly known by the names Tiny, Denisi or Ego, Igho Ubiribo was a British-Nigerian socialite who died aged 43. Igho Ubiribo's death, which occurred in March 2026, followed a complication from a fatal pulmonary embolism resulting from a procedure done to enlarge his penis. The procedure involved the injection of 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine.
