India, Dec. 26 -- Even as the Congress is preparing for going solo in the Panchayat and local polls in Uttar Pradesh, Congress state incharge Avinash Pandey on Friday said that if the Mayawati-led Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) decides to come to INDIA bloc "we will welcome them".

Pandey, who is also Congress general secretary said that in politics, possibilities cannot be ruled out.

To a question if Mayawati decides to come to INDIA bloc alliance in Uttar Pradesh, he said, "If the BSP decides to come, then we will welcome it."

Meanwhile, Pandey, said he has focused on rebuilding a strengthening the party under five structured framework, and it has boosted the morale of the workers.
