India, Aug. 11 -- Huawei appears to be preparing one of its most ambitious Mate-series smartphones yet. The upcoming Huawei Mate 90 Pro Max has already started generating attention through leaks surrounding its processor, camera, battery and display. The phone could also become an important showcase for Huawei's latest semiconductor technology as the company continues to develop its own chipmaking capabilities.

The biggest highlight could be the new-generation Kirin processor. Huawei has officially revealed its Tau Scaling Law and LogicFolding technology, while reports have linked the upcoming architecture to its next Kirin chips. Huawei says its first Kirin processors using LogicFolding will arrive in autumn 2026.
