India, June 5 -- Jennifer Lopez just dropped an interesting revelation on her bikini scene in the recently released Netflix romantic comedy Office Romance and you may not want to miss it. The actress shared what went behind the scenes for the preparation of the swimsuit scene, saying a consistent routine, a healthy lifestyle and a good diet helped her stay in shape.

According to Lopez, "It's about eating healthy and eating the right things and working out and being consistent. I say these things all the time," as she told Extra TV.

She added, "You know that you're gonna be on-screen. You gotta be prepared. in the gym and eating right."
