India, June 7 -- Tata Motors delivered a strong performance in May 2026, as the company reported a significant 42.19% year-on-year increase in passenger vehicle sales. The company sold around 59,090 units during the month, compared to 41,557 units in May 2025. The impressive growth was powered by the continued popularity of the Tata Punch and Tata Nexon. At the same time, the newly launched Tata Sierra made a notable impact by becoming the brand's third best-selling model.
