India, Sept. 21 -- Hong Kong stocks opened higher on Monday, with the Hang Seng Index gaining 0.5% as technology and health-tech shares advanced. The index rose 121 points to around 24,872, while investors continued to monitor developments in artificial intelligence, oil markets and US-China relations. The broader Asian market also received some support from easing crude prices, with Brent crude trading near $102 a barrel amid expectations of a gradual recovery in Saudi supply.
