India, May 21 -- Fresh off back-to-back defeats, Chennai Super Kings are set to lock horns against Gujarat Titans in their last league match of IPL 2026. The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad will host the contest on Thursday (May 21). Though the playoff chances look slim, CSK will be keen to beat GT with a big margin and remain in contention, at least on paper. Their fate depends on how Rajasthan Royals, Punjab Kings, and Kolkata Knight Riders perform in their respective last games.

The Shubman Gill-led GT will go all-out for a home win as they aim to secure a top-two place before the IPL 2026 playoffs. Despite commendable batting efforts, Gujarat fell 29 runs short of a huge target in their last match against KKR.
