India, May 18 -- The Indian Railways just launched a new express train between Mumbai and Bangalore after nearly 30 years. The launch was attended by Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.

The new Bangalore - Mumbai express train, which will be called SMVT Bangalore - Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express was launched in Bangalore by the BJP. Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw attended virtually, whereas BJP MPs P. C. Mohan and Lehar Singh Siroya were present at the launch, which was at Bangalore's SMVT Bangalore Terminus.
