India, Sept. 16 -- Gold Price Today in Vietnam (September 16): Domestic gold prices in Vietnam continued their downward slump for a second consecutive session on September 16. The drop comes amid a period of geopolitical uncertainty.

Domestic Rates

On September 16, domestic gold prices drifted lower after modest movements in the broader market. At present, major gold bars in Vietnam are bought at roughly VND 142.3 million per tael, a drop of 300,000 VND per tael. The domestic market saw a minor downward correction, following international bullion prices, which eased slightly to about $4,290 an ounce.
