India, Aug. 10 -- R. Madhavan's biographical film GDN has shown a noticeable jump at the box office as it wrapped up its first weekend in theaters, so now people are talking. The movie, which shares the journey of the Indian inventor and industrialist G.D. Naidu, seems to be getting more visibility, with positive word of mouth doing the heavy lifting, andthat is helping its collections climb. As per early trade estimates, GDN pulled in roughly Rs 2.69 crore in combined domestic net collections across its Tamil and Telugu editions within the first three days.
