India, Sept. 25 -- A stable internet connection has become essential for everything from remote work and streaming to everyday communication. When that connection suddenly disappears, customers can quickly find themselves cut off. Frontier is down for users in the US today, with customers reporting widespread problems involving broadband internet and WiFi.

The latest user-reported data shows that 60% of reported problems involve broadband internet, while 39% concern WiFi and another 1% involve TV services. Customer reports also point to outages in several locations across Ohio, Illinois and West Virginia.
