India, July 21 -- Former Ohio State wide receiver Julian Fleming, once regarded as one of the nation's top high school recruits, never quite lived up to the lofty expectations that followed him to Columbus. Injuries disrupted much of his four-year stint with the Buckeyes, limiting his impact before he transferred to Penn State for his final collegiate season. However, his football career has now been overshadowed by a tragic legal case.
