India, July 21 -- Hockey India has unveiled its 20-member squad for the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026, set to take place in Belgium and the Netherlands from August 15 to 30. Defender and prolific drag-flicker Harmanpreet Singh will captain the side, while experienced midfielder Manpreet Singh, India's most-capped player, adds valuable leadership to a squad that combines established stars with emerging talent.
