Several posts on social media platforms claim that the NEET UG 2026 question paper has been leaked before the exam. Some even promise early access in exchange for money, raising concerns among students and parents.

The National Testing Agency has categorically denied these claims. According to NTA, there is no paper leak and no possibility of early access to the question paper due to strict security protocols.
