India, March 26 -- While the Formula 1 crowd rolled into the famous Suzuka Circuit for the 2026 Japanese Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton decided to trade his racing gloves for a sharp katana. The seven-time champion and new Ferrari driver posted online about an "unreal" training session with Tetsuro Shimaguchi, the legendary samurai choreographer behind the sword-fighting in Kill Bill. 

Hamilton's love for Japanese culture isn't exactly a secret, and he called the whole thing a "full circle moment." For him, picking up that sword felt like connecting his life on the track with the early years he spent learning discipline in dojos.
