India, Jan. 27 -- The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has launched its EPFO 3.0 program to enhance service delivery through digital platforms, which users can access more easily.

The system now allows users to change their mobile numbers without difficulty because they require this number for multiple services, including OTP-based access, UAN activation, KYC updates, and claim settlements.

Your registered mobile number connects to your Universal Account Number (UAN). Without an active number, you will experience problems accessing your PF account, filing claims, and receiving alerts.
