India, May 19 -- A nine-member bench in Oakland, California, on Monday threw out SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk's high-profile lawsuit against OpenAI, claiming mistreatment by OpenAI's founders. In a unanimous verdict, the bench ruled that the tech billionaire's claims were filed well past the legal deadline and declared Altman, OpenAI and its president, Greg Brockman, not liable for Elon Musk's claims.
