India, Aug. 29 -- Dolly Parton's family gathered at her Nashville burial site on Friday, August 28, three days after the country music icon died at the age of 80. Her loved ones were photographed arriving at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Mausoleum where Parton is set to be laid to rest beside her late husband, Carl Dean.

The emotional gathering came as Parton's family continued to make arrangements for a private farewell. Her representatives had previously said that the singer wanted a "small and private service" attended only by immediate family members.
