India, July 25 -- Abhijit Dipke, the 30-year-old Boston University-trained political communications strategist who built a 20-million-follower satirical protest movement from a single social media post into a student agitation in India, celebrated Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation on Saturday as his movement's defining victory, before immediately announcing it was not yet over.

"We all made this happen together. What did these people use to say? That 'resignations do not happen under this government.' What did they say? 'Resignations do not happen under this government,'" Dipke told supporters gathered at Jantar Mantar in Delhi.
