India, June 2 -- Delhi residents are set for another relatively pleasant start to June, with temperatures remaining below the usual early-summer highs and the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting cloudy skies, thunderstorms and light rain across the National Capital Region. The recent spell of rain and gusty winds has already brought down temperatures, offering continued relief from the intense heat that typically grips the city at this time of year.

However, the IMD has predicted that the maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to rise by 2-3 degrees Celsius in the next 3 days.
