India, July 20 -- Parts of Delhi received light rainfall on Sunday morning, offering relief from the hot and humid weather. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast more showers over the coming days and issued a Yellow Alert for July 21 and July 22 as monsoon activity is expected to remain active across the national capital.

The IMD has forecast very light to light rainfall across many parts of Delhi, while some isolated areas may receive moderate showers. The weather department has also predicted thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds with speeds of 20-30 kmph, gusting up to 40 kmph, during the morning and afternoon.
