India, Aug. 4 -- Delhi Weather Today (August 4): The Indian Meteorological Department on Tuesday (August 4) issued a rain alert for the capital of fresh spells accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds. The weather change comes after Delhi recorded its warmest August night in three years on Monday, with the minimum temperature at the city's base station in Safdarjung settling at 28.4 degrees Celsius, significantly above the seasonal average.
