India, Aug. 13 -- Delhi Traffic Police has issued a travel advisory for Thursday, August 13, in view of the Independence Day full-dress rehearsal at the Red Fort. Traffic restrictions and diversions have been imposed around the Red Fort from 4 am to 10 am for security and public convenience.

Commuters have been advised to plan their journeys in advance and avoid restricted stretches during the rehearsal.
