India, Nov. 1 -- Delhi Traffic Advisory Today, November 1: There would be a huge amount of traffic problems expected in Delhi on Sunday, November 1, since the political party called 'INDIA' bloc is planning to organize a political meeting at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi. Taking into consideration the fact that there would be many people gathered together at the event, the Delhi Traffic Police have informed about certain traffic restrictions and diversions in various areas of central Delhi from 10 am till 5 pm.
