India, Aug. 28 -- Dark Matter Season 2 has officially returned. Episode 1 wastes little time throwing Jason Dessen and his family back into the multiverse. The episode, titled A Quiet Life, picks up after the chaotic Jason battle royale and reveals that Jason1, Daniela and Charlie's attempt to build a normal life has already fallen apart.

After spending seven months in a new world, the Dessen family is once again forced to run. Meanwhile, Ryan and Amanda2 find themselves together in a seemingly perfect world, while another version of Leighton appears to be developing his own plans.
