India, Aug. 20 -- Dakota Johnson and musician Role Model have reportedly called it quits after less than a year together. A source told PEOPLE that the Materialists actress and the singer, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury, ended their relationship "a while ago." Neither Johnson nor Pillsbury has publicly commented on the split yet.

The breakup comes just weeks after the pair's relationship appeared to become more public through Pillsbury's new album, Chuck Timely & the Hourglass, which features Johnson in a spoken-word moment on "Love I You."
