India, April 12 -- Delhi Capitals suffered their second consecutive loss as Chennai Super Kings defeated them by 23 runs to register their first win of the Indian Premier League 2026 season. Rain stayed away from the match, but the heat certainly didn't, with temperatures hovering around 35degC at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, making conditions extremely tough for players. Amid those challenging conditions came the big controversy.
