India, April 30 -- In a major win for the Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor and her children, the Delhi High Court on Thursday froze the assets of her former husband and businessman Sanjay Kapur, who died in London last year. The court, in an order, restrained their stepmother, Priya Sachdeva Kapoor, from selling or transferring any property left by Sanjay Kapoor.

The High Court Justice Jyoti Singh on Thursday observed that the businessman's property must not be dissipated and must be preserved.
