As Uttarakhand moves towards the 2027 Assembly elections, the Congress is attempting to build a stronger connection with young voters, but the party faces a challenge that goes beyond campaign messaging. The larger question is whether an organisation built around traditional political networks can establish a meaningful relationship with a generation whose political engagement is increasingly shaped by social media, employment concerns and issue-based movements.
