India, July 14 -- Commonwealth Games return, and the action is only nine days away in Glasgow. However, unlike previous editions, the upcoming edition in Scotland will only feature 10 sports, a reduction of nine sports from the previous edition in 2022. After being truncated, the event will run from 23rd July to the 4th of August. With the reduction in the number of sports, India will be sending a shorter contingent of 125 players, including the para-athletes.
