India, July 23 -- Travis Scott has shared how an unexpected phone call from Christopher Nolan led to his acting debut in The Odyssey. The rapper admitted he was initially confused by the call and even questioned why the Oscar-winning filmmaker wanted him in a movie. Looking back, Scott said he was "nervous" but trusted Nolan without hesitation.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Scott recalled seeing "Chris" flash on his phone. At first, he assumed it couldn't possibly be Christopher Nolan calling with a film offer.

He said, "My phone went off and it just said, 'Chris.' And I'm thinking, 'OK, I don't know what this is about. Maybe he wants to go to a show?'"
