Chicago Med Season 12 opens with a hospital in crisis, a deadly wedding shooting and a major twist in Sharon Goodwin's ongoing battle to save her job. The October 7 premiere, titled Shots Fired, picks up three months after the Season 11 finale. Goodwin is no longer running Gaffney Chicago Medical Center, Dr. Daniel Charles is struggling with their fractured friendship, and the hospital is trying to function under new leadership.

Nurse Doris shows up at Goodwin's home and admits that she was the person who leaked Dr. Theo Rabari's medical records, the very violation that put Goodwin's career at risk.

Does that mean Goodwin is finally in the clear?...
