India, Aug. 2 -- The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) has announced a scheduled power shutdown in several parts of Chennai on Tuesday, August 4, to carry out maintenance work. Electricity supply will remain suspended from 9 am to 2 pm in the affected areas, although power may be restored earlier if the work is completed ahead of schedule.
