India, June 11 -- India Accelerates Ethanol Push with E22-E30 Tax Relief: Energy Shift or Price Relief Ahead? India is quietly stepping on the accelerator of its ethanol journey, you know. The government has extended nil central excise duty benefits to the higher ethanol-blended petrol variants, E22, E25, E27 and E30, on condition that they meet the BIS specification IS 19850.
